Today we officially declare the beginning of formation of the corps of the Ambassadors Plenipotentiary and Consuls of the new subject of international law – the confederative State Holy Russia – Third Rome. Duties of Ambassadors and Consuls include preparation and signing of agreements on an establishment of diplomatic and friendly attitudes of Holy Russia with the various states, subjects and regions of the world. The office of the State Holy Russia – Third Rome accepts applications from citizens and the public organizations located in various regions of the Russian Federation, and also all world, with the purpose of formation of diplomatic corpus of Holy Russia – the Ambassadors Plenipotentiary, Ambassadors and Consuls. Newly appeared diplomatic representatives of the State Holy Russia – Third Rome are obliged to undertake obligations on an establishment of diplomatic and friendly attitudes with subjects in whom they live or have levers of diplomatic or political influence. In the Russian Federation the offer concerns voluntary representatives of subjects of the Russian state – villages, areas, municipalities, cities, the mayoralties, areas, edges and republics. All over the world the offer concerns to representatives of any subjects of international law – the Princedoms, the unrecognized states and territories, the states, separate regions and cities of the states, confederations and the international organizations, including the United Nations and the European Union.
