Titles Viscountess and Countess of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich to Lady Anna Maria Spalvieri and Lady Madoka Iwamoto accordingly are granted. Countess Madoka Iwamoto is appointed by the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Holy Russia to Japan. With the purpose of development of idea of monarchic statehood of Russia, in the name of the peace and prosperities of Russia, in the name of restoration of historical validity and in the name of strengthening the international friendship by the Highest Decrees are granted Titles Viscountess and Countess of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich to Lady Anna Maria Spalvieri and Lady Madoka Iwamoto accordingly. Lady Madoka Iwamoto belongs to the clans, being lineal descendants of Emperor Seiwa (IX century) through families Takeda and Minamoto (XI-XII centuries). Countess Madoka Iwamoto is appointed by the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Holy Russia to Japan with the purpose of an establishment of diplomatic and friendly attitudes between Japan and Holy Russia.
