Prince Tengku Pangeran Abdullah Ali Chandrarupa Wibowo are appointed the Humanitarian Ambassador of Holy Russia in Republic of Indonesia with the purpose of an establishment of humanitarian and friendly attitudes between Republic Indonesia and Holy Russia. With the purpose of development of idea of monarchic statehood of Russia, in the name of the peace and prosperities of Russia, in the name of restoration of historical validity and in the name of strengthening the international friendship by the Highest Decrees are granted Titles Count and Viscount of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich to Knight Roger Magne Djupvik and Knight Jan Peter Gallsjo accordingly.
